Toyota Allion & Premio export buyer's guide
By ASTONISHING CARS CO., LTD · Updated 2026-06-12
The Toyota Allion and its sibling the Premio are comfortable mid-size sedans aimed at buyers who want a roomy, refined car without high running costs. They are popular as private family cars and as comfortable, economical taxis in many import markets.
Both use efficient petrol engines and offer a smooth ride, generous rear space and Toyota's well-known reliability. The Premio leans slightly more conservative and the Allion slightly more modern, but mechanically they are close and both are easy and cheap to maintain.
When buying, confirm a clean auction grade, check the automatic shifts smoothly, and verify air-conditioning, electrics and that mileage matches the wear. These cars are often well cared for in Japan, so a good example offers excellent value and long service.
As high-volume Toyotas, parts are cheap and everywhere, and resale is strong with family and taxi buyers who value comfort and economy. They suit sealed and moderate roads rather than rough terrain, where their saloon body has limited clearance.
ASTONISHING CARS sources clean, correctly graded Allion and Premio stock and gives a transparent CIF quote, so you get a comfortable, dependable sedan delivered at a clear total cost.
